Delivery & Exchange

 

Delivery:
Delivery time is within 3 to 4 working days ,However delivery can take up to 7 working days during the busy shopping season or our mega sales events

Exchange:

  • within 1-2 days of receiving your order, you have to send an email at info@mawco.pk or WhatsApp us at given number, your order number and mentioning the items you wish to exchange.
  • In case of refund your payment will be sent via bank transfer, easy paisa or jazz cash.
  • In case of refund, delivery charges for both sides will be deducted from the actual order and rest of the payment will be sent via easypaisa / jazzcash or bank transfer.
  • Exchange process may take 5-7 days and additional charges for exchange will be Rs-380/- (delivery charges).
    Note: No return will be possible for items on sale except only if they are defective in any way.
