CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
All products purchased from Mawco can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by writing to WhatsApp 0300-180-8880 or by email mawco.pk@gmail.com
  • Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped on providing proof.
  • Product will be eligible for exchange only if not worn, tags are not removed , and original invoice is sent along with product package .
  • Size chart is tagged under every product, if there will be exchange due to size issue or will to change article, it will cost redelivery & packaging cost PKR 295/-

Mmawco only sells items in perfect condition, so in the exceptional case that you receive a garment with a defect, contact our Customer Service department via E-mail(mawco.pk@gmail.com)/whatsapp(0300-180-8880) sharing the images of the defective article along with your order number or you can file your complaint on our complaint form (to be made)


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE RETURNS?
The deadline for all returns is 3 calendar days from the delivery date.


DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURNS?
In case you have received a wrong or damaged article, we will get your article picked and will bear the courier charges.


HOW WILL MY MONEY BE REFUNDED?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive the amount via Coupon or refund in your Bank/EasyPaisa/Jazz Cash account within 7-10 working days.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE RETURN AMOUNT IS INCORRECT?
Contact our Customer Service department and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

DO YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING COSTS IF I RETURN ALL THE ITEMS IN AN ORDER?
